Filing

Guided filing fetches your statements, picks the right ITR form from your income, and lets you add deductions, capital gains and other details. Your return is checked line by line before you see the computation summary, and nothing is submitted until you approve it. E-verify with an Aadhaar OTP right after you file — a return counts as filed only once it is verified.

Refunds

After you file, TaxCare follows your return through the Income Tax Department's processing stages — filed, verified, processed, refund issued — and keeps the acknowledgement and your filed ITR ready to download. Refund timing depends on the Department's own processing.

Help articles and Shri, our assistant, are in the Help Center. For a person, reach our support team on WhatsApp or email, or raise a support ticket and follow its replies live. Every Tax Expert order has its own message thread.

Privacy & Safety

Sign in with a mobile OTP — there is no password to lose. Your data is encrypted and stored in India, never sold, and you choose which notifications you receive and on which channel. From Privacy & Data you can see your consents, download a copy of your data, name a nominee or request erasure. Every device that is signed in is listed under Profile, and you can sign any of them out.
